  Sheri was not the best in the customer service portion of her job.
  I felt very unimportant to her until I mentioned that I would be paying cash.
  I was also very upset when she told me the owners would not rent medical equipment for people traveling out of the country because they would never get the equipment back.
  This was particularly upsetting me.
  A simple " I'm sorry madam we cannot rent equipment to you if you are leaving the country" would have been perfect.
  I hope that future training is provided to employees so that future customers do not feel the way my sister and &I felt.
  This business provides the community a great service and I hope they are successful.
